International orders are shipped using Royal Mail and usually arrive between 2-10 business days.
All orders will be dispatched the following business day and an order fulfilment notification will be provided to you via email. Please note International orders are not tracked but we will receive a notification once delivered. We do not offer Express Post for International orders.

Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be redirected.

But at times deliveries may be subject to random checks and scans. Luna Bronze is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred, once your order arrives in the country of delivery. All importing taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about the importing tax threshold in your country, visit the relevant postal system website for further details.

I haven't received my order?
If your order is marked 'delivered' but you have not received your order, it is up to you to contact your local postal service to lodge an enquiry as your first port of call. Of course, we will do everything that we can to assist you but Luna Bronze cannot be made liable and will not refund or resend the order.
