All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse. Standard delivery time to NZ is 5-12 business days.

All importing taxes are the responsibility of you, the customer. If you are unsure about the importing tax threshold in your country, please visit the relevant postal system website for further details. Please note that we are unable to declare your order as a gift.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods

A refund can be processed for the following reasons:

★ Change of mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging in a resellable condition.

★ Faulty items

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo.

★ Allergy returns

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

★ Incorrect/damaged item received

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

In all of the above cases, you will need to return the item to us. Please do not return any item to us without contacting our team first.

We recommend that you send via Registered and Pre-Paid post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Luna Bronze Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Luna Bronze also does not accept returns or refunds for purchases made  from one of our Retail partners.

To organise a return, please contact our team at within 30 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to process your return if you contact us outside of this period.

None of the ingredients we use, nor the end products in the Luna Bronze range are tested on animals - so they’re all completely cruelty-free.

On top of that all of our products are vegan friendly meaning there are no ingredients that have been derived from animals. PETA have given us the official accreditation on both fronts (spot the sweet little bunny logo on our tubes).

All Luna Bronze tanning products are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia.

Our tanning mitt, self tan back applicator and exfoliating mitt products however, are made in China.

No, they don’t.

Whilst the Luna Bronze range pioneers sunless tanning and skin nourishment (meaning you can stay out of Big Reds way & still have a tan), they do not contain any SPF or zinc and will not protect you from the sun's harmful rays. We encourage making a habit of protecting your skin; stay in the shade where possible; wear a broad-brimmed hat, sunglasses and protective clothing; wear a water-resistant, broad-spectrum SPF and reapply it every two hours.

First of all: congrats! While our products are formulated using up to 99% organic, natural and naturally-derived ingredients, and we believe they’re safe to use during pregnancy, it’s always a good idea to send a list of the ingredients to your doctor for their professional, medical opinion first.

Not at all. The active colouring ingredient in Luna Bronze is DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), which, despite sounding intense, is really just an agent that combines with the amino acids in the skin to temporarily change its colour. Plus, because ours is naturally-derived (as per EcoCert® standards), there’s no harm in it whatsoever.

What’s more - we infuse it into a divine formula of organic essential oils and skin-enriching ingredients (think aloe vera, jojoba and rosehip oil and wheatgerm), so your skin will be more disappointed if you don’t use it.
